My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night during our 10-hour drive. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and organized staff. Despite the inn's appearance in a sketchy part of town, our room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, giving us a room with two king size beds instead of one. The location was easily accessible and central to our needs.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the extremely spacious and excellent rooms. The staff was very kind. The central setting was very convenient, close to Nu Skin's convention center and downtown Provo.

We didn't like it, the beds were hard, the sheets looked really gross we actually didn't even have a bottom sheet, we had problems with the lights, the walls were really dirty and it was the worse place we have ever stayed in for 50 bucks.... We feel that it was only worth 25 bucks.

The location here is fantastic, surrounded by many additional amenities, and the ceiling corner is particularly nice.

The staff was very nice and working to upgrade the hotel. I had a kitchen and internet service. I would stay there again.

I think the doors need a better lock

It was close to byu, where I needed to be. It was nice having a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

I'm not usually picky about where I stay but I was very disappointed in this place. I expected a bit more for the price I paid. The heater didn't work. The shower curtain was dirty and had old paint globbed on it (it would have only cost $5 to put a new curtain in). The tub had big stains, drain strainer wasn't attached and the tub wouldn't hold water. Poor water pressure. Electrical switches were dirty. I really wish I would have had the courage to ask for a refund because I would have gone to another motel. I definately would not stay there, again, or refer anyone else to. You should take them off the list for byu Parents Weekend.

I loved the hotel, the spacious room, and the incredibly friendly staff. The location was fantastic, very close to Nu Skin's convention center, which was so convenient. I also enjoyed grabbing coffee at Black Sheep Cafe, just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel was a great location, just a short walk from Nu Skin's convention center. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom had convenient outlets. It was nice to have a museum nearby, just 2 miles away from the property.

It was a great price for a quick overnight trip.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, very close to Nu Skin's convention centre so convenient. I had coffee at The Spoon, located within 15 minutes walk...

The staff and other folks here were really friendly and willing to help 😊.

Stayed here for 1 night and truly enjoyed our choice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room overall was clean. All the staffs were very-very nice. Favourable central location near to the train station and the downtown and Salt Lake and the downtown. It also was in a nice part of town.
